Vistamar

Vistamar the historic house is open now and welcoming guests to two newly renovated apartments

Over a century ago, a family with children lived on this land. Thanks to the fertile soil and the nearby sea, they never went hungry. But those days are long gone — the family emigrated to America decades ago, leaving the house to crumble. Nature slowly reclaimed it: trees grew through former rooms, the roof had collapsed, and the sky poured in. Yet some parts remained untouched. Inside, time had stood still — dusty furniture from a bygone era sat as if left in haste.

We decided to buy the land and carefully restore the house, preserving its historic structure wherever possible. After years of meticulous planning — further delayed by the challenges of COVID-19 — we finally received approval in early 2024 to begin the renovation. Every detail was handled with care to retain the building’s original charm.

The once-forgotten ruin has become Vistamar — a place offering two elegant apartments steeped in history and character.
